Have you ever thought that hope drives out every lie in your heart...

There is simply not room for anything other than truth in our hearts...

When we are seeking God with ALL OUR HEARTS it is not possible for anything other than hope to be present in our hearts!

Nothing else can possibly fit!

The pure hope in knowing that we are saved and loved, overwhelms everything else...

What grace we have been given in having something so real and so secure in our hearts

That is all we need....

Something light hearted...

Our school spirit lacked in volleyball so we thought that we would step it up a bit. Nothing to fancy just some "T's" and some puff paint. We lost but the team loved it, that's all that matters I guess...

This is a little something that I learned today in my Astronomy class.

Our galaxy that earth is apart of is 100,000 light years wide.

The amount of distance at the speed of light that it takes to travel one light year is 6,000,000,000,000(6 quadrillion) miles.

To the center of our galaxy is approx. 30,000 light years.

And that is just our galaxy...

God is BIG

Bitter or Better

We have a choice; get bitter or get better. I used to hate when people would use this line but in this case it is true.

Regardless of who you voted for and what the outcome was, God is still on His throne.

We have an amazing opportunity as followers of Jesus to start this presidency off the right way. Bathe this new administration in prayer.

God has put this man here for a reason. Call on the Lord on behalf of this man that he may be blessed with guidance and walk in wisdom.

For some of you the Lord has put you in leadership positions....

What makes your appointment different than our President elect?

Mull over it...

Father we trust in you and know that you have put authority over us to govern us. We acknowledge that you are in control of Your creation. Guide our new president as he has a monumental task ahead of him.
